whispers -- by All The Remains -- love this song! i demand you to...

It may seem at last, days passing mean nothing
But the sun that sets cause only pain
Violence in words, like slashes, wound deeply
Love is not when you feel only pain

Her touch
Poison
Flows through my veins
No more
I denounce all your childish games

Whispers
I hear your
Poison
Flows through my veins
Lost inside you
I’m not free of you
Break my bonds again

Love lost
Arrogant whore
Paint strife on this canvas
Failure
I am a fool
I should have seen

Whispers
poison
Break my bonds again (break my bonds again)
Love lost
Failure

I should have seen
I should have seen

Whispers
I hear your
Poison
Flows in me
Lost inside you
I’m not free of you
Break my bonds again

No more
Lies
No more
Lies

(guitar solo)

No more
Lies
No more
No more lies

It may seem at last, days passing mean nothing
But the suns that set cause only pain
Violence in words, like slashes, wound deeply
Love is not when you feel only pain

No more regrets
Face my fear alone
You made me whole
This I believe
Break these bonds again

Whispers
I hear your
Poison
Flows in me
Lost inside you
I’m not free of you
Break my bonds again

Lost inside you
I’m not free of you
Break my bonds again

Artist statement

2-3 sentence to accompany my art on the goteam! website

This is my life plan....
From the moment we are born, we are set into motion around this universal plan. This plan follows everyone, from losing first tooth to going to school. But, where do we go after this? We all went through the same "being told" stage, where we were told exactly what to do when to do it. But, what happens after our life plan..? IDK!

What to talk about...

I hate being told to write on command. To talk about something I don't want to. Being told to write blogs because well, we "have to" just take the whole point of blogging away. Your supposed to blog when you have something to talk about, when something is bothering you enough to make you want to express it. To make someone do it, in my opinion, is wrong. If I have nothing to say, this damn it I should be allowed to be silent. Instead of writing some bs blog like this one right here.

Schooling, I believe, is a load of sh-t. You fill in the blanks. The grading system is also all outa wack. Grades are just an easy way for teachers to not care. Not every kid is the same, not every kid can learn the same way, OR WRITE ON DEMAND. To hold every kid to the same grading standards just shows that teachers don't care about their students. Or at least don't give a damn enough to figure out where their students excel and where they have difficulties. I learn just as easy, if not easier from my own experiences/mistakes then I do with the info being shoved down my throat. Honestly, more then half the things we are forced to learn in grade school we don't use anyway. So why learn it? Why spend the time to remember all the dates and numbers and name, when in the long run they wont be of any help to us anyway? Some might say that, "hey, if you don't learn about the past, then its doomed to repeat itself." Well, my responce is, is that if history is DOOMED to repeat itself then there's nothing I can ever learn to stop it. If its DOOMED, then damn it, its DOOMED. Learning where we went wrong wont help in the slightest bit, now will it?

presentation brainstormin...

Foldable bike. Things that are needed to be talked about.
- Process in how i made my prototype
-Difficulties/problems i had along the way
-Materials
-Possibly have a video, or presentation of the bike itself. (maybe come in riding it or something)
-What you hope to accomplish with the prototype, explain how the product might improve others overall life (make it easy). (a video could potentially help me explain this better then me just simply telling them)
- NEXT STEP... talk about what more you would add, to the NEXT prototype if there were to be another...
-How the idea came about...........
-Different design ideas for both locks and folding
-Marketing, talk about the profits involved, give an estimated amount to how much the prototype might cost, and how much they currently do cost.

GOOD WAY TO PUT THIS, IS BASICALLY AN OVERALL REVIEW OF THE SECOND HALF OF THE WHITE PAPER! -- i think...?

Optional topics to talk about.
-brief history of bikes?
-Talk about my product is better, if it is, then the current foldable bikes.
-

Immel said to make the presentation more like an info commercial. And not like a chalk talk. Your trying to sell your product while giving information on it at the same time.

Question: Since I don't have a partner, does my presentation time get decreased, as appose to people with a partner? Answer: slightly, instead of being 15-20... make it roughly 10-15

IDK ideas

1) Life after highschool... I honestly have no idea where the heck I'm headed. Life after highschool and my future is HUGE unknown for me.
2) Fork in the road, but not just 2 roads, but a picture of infinite amount of roads in which to take.
3) A sign. Kinda leading off idea number 2, but having the focus being on the sign that shows many ways in which to go.
4)List of multiple events that high school has put me through, from dances to girlfriends to schooling in itself. CHECK OFF LIST, where at the end have something like (future....IDK?) kinda thing.
5)Possibly turn number 4 into a powerpoint??,.
6)Blank piece of paper................
7)IDK IDK IDK IDK IDK IDK IDK IDK IDK IDK IDK IDK IDK IDK IDK IDK IDK IDK IDK IDK IDK IDK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Would a gun fire in space?!

I was sitting in class, having absolutely no luck thinking of a blob post, when I starting to just think of completely random scientific questions I could ask myself. I turned to a fellow classmate and starting talking to him about a specific on in general. "Would a gun fire in space?" and if so "What would be the reaction?" So we got to thinking.

At first we thought that because there is no air, there could be no combustion to launch the bullet. Therefore, it would not fire, and it would simply do nothing. Yet, after doing a little research we came to the conclusion that it would indeed fire. A bullet is made up of gunpowder, which is made of a mixture of a fuel and and a oxidizer. Oxidizer = oxygen. So even with the absence of air, there is still air in the bullet. All forms of gun would fire in outer space. Except one, any pump action BB gun. The reason for this is that these guns use air that is pulled in from the outside (keep in mind there is no air in outer space, so this simply can't happen) to pressurize the barrel and then release it, as a result the bullet is released.

The second question was a bit easier. "What would the reaction be?". Since there is no air in space that means there is no air resistance. Without air resistance there is nothing to slow the bullet down. So if you were to shoot a gun in space, the bullet would be moving at the same speed no matter the distance. So at one mile the bullet would be traveling at the same speed in which it was coming out of the barrel. On Earth, there is gravity to pull a bullet down. So eventually it would just fall to the ground. In space however, there is no gravity. The bullet would fire in a strait line from the barrel. If nothing would to get in its path, it could potentially travel at the speed in which it left the barrel, FOREVER. Thats so cool :)
